She did not examine me listen to my heart nothing sit across the room looking at my charts in the computer

Dr. Roberts was great! She understood my concerns and really helped me.

Never again she was rude about my issues and made me feel terrible while I was there

Unfriendly. Felt like I was being judged about my script.

Dr Robert was very short she didn't seem concerned. No help at all never went to dr appointment and felt like I went for no reason. Never checked my hand that I came in for. Just look at the computer you will need to get on of these. I asked about my voice. I lost my voice prior to coming for my appointment and ask can she check me out to find out why. She stated I can't do nothing for you. You have a head cold do what ever in so many word looked in mouth at a distance and said it look normal. Then ok we are done. Just walk to exit have a good day. The nurse was like are you check out I told her I don't know she told me to walk to exit door.

I didn't have any health issues to be taken up with the physician. Was maiden visit to establish relationship with a PCP

My first time with Dr. Roberts and I'll stay with her

She was thoroughly in discussions, but phy exam was limited.

Dr Roberts is a good fit and truly cares about her patients! Love her!
