Justin Kelley, D.O.

Justin Kelley, DO, is a board certified, fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon providing comprehensive orthopedic care for patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. Dr. Kelley has particular expertise and interests in fracture care and joint replacement surgery. His broad orthopedic practice also includes upper and lower extremity fracture treatment, sports injuries, hand and upper extremity conditions, arthritis, sacroiliac joint disease and other common orthopedic needs. He prides himself on being able to treat a wide variety of orthopedic conditions and enjoys caring for patients and families through different stages of life. Dr. Kelley completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Cleveland Clinic followed by an orthopedic trauma fellowship at Grant Medical Center. Prior to coming to Florence, he practiced at Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky, Ohio, where he cared for patients with a broad range of orthopedic needs. Dr. Kelley believes in treating the whole patient rather than simply an injury or diagnosis. He enjoys getting to know his patients and their families, understanding what is important to them, and helping them stay active or return to the activities they enjoy. Outside of medicine, you may find Dr. Kelley around Florence with his wife and three children or on the golf course enjoying his favorite pastime. He and his family are excited to call Florence home and become part of the community.
