Lauren is very easy to talk to, answered all of our questions, explained tests, possibility of clinical trials and expectations. We have already made appointments for cognitive retraining, and the Guide program at Laurens suggestion. The ease and confidence we have in Lauren is monumental for my husband, his diagnosis was a blow to him. Thank you Lauren for helping us through this difficult time.

Lauren was very warm, friendly and came into the waiting area to greet us, determined if we needed to speak with her without my husband's presence and then escorted us to her office. She was very interested in my husband and our needs and spoke to us at length, listening attentively and offering both practical & medical suggestions. The session was great.
