My husband and I have seen Wendy Belden two times each and we have had a very positive experience each time. She is a calming force in what tends to be an anxiety producing event. She is professional, yet friendly, thorough in her approach; such as reviewing medications and medical history, responding to questions and explains the process before we begin. She gave us a good explanation of the test results in easy to understand terms. All the other staff that we connected with were professional and welcoming. We are very pleased with the entire process at the Byrd Institute and are happy that we are being followed up on a regular basis. We highly recommend this institute and testing process to others.
