I had a series of questions that I wanted to ask the doctor, but the doctor basically told me to shut up! She didn't have time to listen to the questions that I have and she said she has a lot of patients that she has to deal with and she'll be back after about 10 minutes of her vacating the room she comes back peaks or hidden in the door and she says what questions do you have and her tone of voice was offputting and frankly I just recovering from surgery was not prepared at that moment to ask the 10 or 15 questions that I actually had about my recovery and timing of all different types of things! She had no time for me! I am praying that she's a great surgeon and and my eye will not be permanently destroyed! People told me she was a good surgeon, but they didn't tell me she had no bedside manner! I am extremely concerned about the medication's that I am on as now two of them are creating severe issues! The fact that the one eye drop shut down the ability to to urinate

Dr. Patel was able to find and monitor a very slight tear / loose flap at the top of my retina. Her concerns about possible fluid leaks behind the problem area could worsen and allow further separation in the near future, She recomended laser spot welding to remove the risk of further damage. Laser surgery was done that day resolving the issue. Best plan and reolution due to Dr. Patel's excellent work. Could not be better!

Dr. Marta Patel has provided care for the last 2 years for this auto immune disease. Worked with the Rheumatologist to determine plan of action. When something didn't work, they would continue to try other medications etc to improve this condition. Dr. Patel was very caring in the treatment of this illness. She is professional, knowledgeable and sincere. My husband is in a remission. No pain or blood and no issues. We know if this issue surfaces, Dr. Patel will be the specialist we will contact knowing she will see him asap. Thank you Dr. Patel.

Dr. Patel, without exaggeration, goes above and beyond to provide exceptional eye care. She explained the reason for concern about the increased pressure in my eyes. She also took measurements, which she applied to a mathematical algorithm to help determine the possibility that I may have glaucoma. She ordered special scans and tests to help her better know what was going on in my eyes. She explained her thought process and educated me throughout my visit, and informed me of her plan for future visits. She is brilliant, delightful, and personable. I always feel she applies the highest standards to help me achieve a good outcome. She is truly the best of the best!

The booking system is antiquated and unprofessional. The lack of communication and wasting of time was unacceptable. Simply saying.. Sorry for the wait is simply lip service. Do not overbook on the daily, that is the solution.
