Dr. Kervin 'Keri' Doctor is a board-certified family medicine physician. After attending the State University of New York to study biology, she received her pre-medical diploma from the University Medical School of Debrecen in Debrecen, Hungary. Dr. Doctor earned her medical degree from the Windsor University School of Medicine in Cayon, St. Kitts. She completed her first year of residency in the LSU Rural Family Medicine Residency Program and the remainder at Cahaba Medical Care Family Medicine Residency Program.

Dr. Doctor has participated in medical mission and international work in India serving rural, tribal and indigent populations and assisting setup of new clinics in these areas. She is a member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, Association of American Physicians of Indian Origins and American Medical Women's Association.

Dr. Doctor treats patients of all ages.

Dr. Chain is a board-certified family medicine physician. After graduating from Laurentian University in Ontario, Canada, Dr. Chain attended medical school at St. Matthew's University in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. He completed both family medicine and primary care sports medicine residency programs at the University of Connecticut/Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, where he served as chief resident.

Dr. Chain is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), American Medical Society for Sports Medicine (AMSSM) and Connecticut Academy of Family Physicians (CAFP). Previously, he volunteered as a member of the medical professional team for the Boston Marathon and as an assistant coach for the North Bay Down Syndrome Society Special Olympic athletes. Dr. Chain is fluent in both English and French.

Wahida Rahaman-Dwarika is a certified nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience and proven strengths in acute patient care, staff development and patient advocacy. Dedicated and patient-focused, she has exceptional ability to deliver positive outcomes in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously building productive relationships.

Wahida has dedicated her career to treating patients in the Tampa Bay area community as a family nurse practitioner and in numerous nursing roles with Tampa General Hospital. She has been recognized for providing worldclass care with the Nurse of the Year Award in 2003 and the James Cullison Award for Nursing Compassion in 2005.

Graduating cum laude, Wahida earned her Master of Science in nursing, with a family nurse practitioner specialty, and a bachelor's degree in nursing, both from Chamberlain University in Chicago. She is affiliated with the American Nurses Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and her clinical interests include evidence-based research and quality improvement projects. In her free time, she enjoys sewing, along with gardening and other outdoor activities.

Susan Bingham, MSN, APRN, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in health care. She earned a bachelor of social work from University of South Florida and continued her education at University of Tampa, graduating with a master of science in nursing. Susan has worked in family practice at several facilities in Tampa, including centers for migrant and homeless health care.

She is certified in functional medicine and is a member of professional organizations including the Institute for Functional Medicine, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Florida Nurse Practitioner Network and Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nursing Council.

Dr. Kolanko is a board-certified family medicine physician and fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. He completed his medical degree at the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland in 1999, and a residency in family practice at Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center in Chicago, IL in 2008.

Dr. Kolanko most recently practiced at Kenosha Community Health Center as well as served on staff at Aurora Medical Center in obstetrics, performing over 200 deliveries. His experience also includes work in a variety of medical settings including PrimeCare Community Health Center in Chicago, IL and Indiana University Cancer Research Institute, as well as work in emergency services and outpatient surgery in Poland. Dr. Kolanko's medical interests include primary care, treatment coordination of chronic diseases, obstetrics, urgent care and small surgical procedures. He is a member of the American Cancer Society.

Outside the office, Dr. Kolanko enjoys the outdoors, travelling, spending time with family and friends, and flying planes as a private pilot. An avid runner, he has completed several half marathons and one full marathon with plans for more. He is fluent in English and Polish.
