Dr. Koslacz-Kolanko's previous experience includes practicing as a family medicine provider and medical director at the Kenosha County Health Center in Kenosha, WI. Her professional interests include community health, disease prevention and management of chronic disease. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Florida Medical Association.
Outside the office, Dr. Koslacz-Kolanko enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. She is fluent in English and Polish.

Sarah-Jessica Poblete, MD

Dr. Poblete is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. She earned her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines, and completed her training in Internal Medicine at the Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. She joined TGMG in 2005; prior to this, she worked in both traditional internal medicine and ambulatory care.
Dr. Poblete manages acute and chronic conditions that affect the adult population, and provides preventive care through age-appropriate testing. She is recognized by the NCQA Diabetes Recognition Program.

Akif Ahmad, MD

Dr. Ahmad has provided comprehensive family medicine care to the Tampa Bay area community since 2015. Before joining Tampa General Medical Group, he treated patients at Evara Health (formerly known as Community Health Centers of Pinellas) in St. Petersburg. Meanwhile, he served as a clinical assistant professor and clinical preceptor for medical students at Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Ahmad was also a clinical preceptor for medical students at the University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville after moving to the United States from Pakistan to begin his family medicine career.

His research is centered around issues involving organ transplantation, surgical education, improving transplant access and outcomes, and diversity in medicine. Dr. Watkins has received numerous accolades for his surgical and teaching efforts, including the National Medical Association's Top Healthcare Professionals Under 40 award in 2013, New York Super Doctors' New York Rising Star in 2015, six Castle Connolly Top Doctor awards and the Renewal Organization's Kidney Kindness Award in 2019.

Dr. Nuñez earned his medical degree at Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Nuñez is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a subspecialty certification in Brain Injury Medicine.
Dr. Nuñez is the Medical Director of the Spinal Cord Injury Program at Tampa General Hospital's Acute In-patient Rehabilitation Unit.
Dr. Nuñez is active in numerous professional organizations.
