Julia N. Smith is a clinical nurse who delivers integrative and evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with an inpatient multidisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, specialists, support staff and registered nurses. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Tampa and Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of South Florida. Dr. Jeffrey Lester graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor degree in finance in 1996. He returned to USF in 1997 to earn a degree in chemistry, completed in 2004. Dr. Lester attended Ross University School of Medicine and graduated with a doctor of medicine degree in June 2004. In July 2004 he started his internal medicine residency at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa and became board certified in internal medicine in 2007. He completed his training in medical genetics at the University of Miami in 2009. In November 2009 Dr. Lester moved to Maryland and worked for Family Health Centers of Baltimore, a small community health center serving with the National Health Service Corps for three years treating low income, indigent patients in internal medicine. In September 2013 Dr. Lester joined the Tampa General Medical Group to open the Sun City Center location. He is a general internist and sees patients 18 years of age and older.

Esmeralda Young is a nurse practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated from St. Petersburg College with a degree in nursing and received her master of science degree in nursing from South University.

Prior to joining Tampa General Medical Group, Esmeralda worked in Tampa General's Medical and Surgical Oncology Unit providing acute nursing care to medical, surgical and oncology patients. Most recently, she practiced with the Community Health Centers of Pinellas in St. Petersburg, FL, providing primary care services and working to maintain continuity of care for patients by establishing diagnosis and treatment of common acute and chronic illness with health promotion and disease prevention.

Raviender Bukkapatnam, MD, is the Chief of TGH Urology Institute and serves as a member of Tampa General Hospital's Foundation Board of Trustees. Dr. Bukkapatnam obtained his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed his fellowship in female urology, reconstruction, and voiding dysfunction at the University of California, Los Angeles. He is one of the few doctors in Florida who has undergone and trained in this complex field. He specializes in voiding dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapses, pelvic pain, and female sexual dysfunction. Dr. Bukkapatnam is known for his effective patient communication and has been awarded "Tampa Metro" Best Doctor four consecutive times.

Dr. Saad graduated with honors from Austin College in Texas. His medical school training was at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He then completed his General Surgery residency training and research fellowship in Thoracic surgery at University of Texas Health in San Antonio. After residency, he practiced as a General Surgeon in Guam for almost five years. Following his time in Guam, he completed a Fellowship in Advanced Minimally Invasive GI and Bariatric Surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He joined the University of South Florida surgical faculty in 2017 and quickly showed interest in surgical education. He has earned several teaching awards in his tenure here at USF and serves as the General Surgery Program Director. His clinical practice is comprised of benign and malignant diseases of the Upper GI tract where he serves as faculty in the USF Joy McCann Culverhouse Center for Swallowing Disorders as well as Abdominal Wall Reconstruction/Hernia where he serves as Director of the USF Hernia Center
