Susan Bingham, MSN, APRN, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in health care. She earned a bachelor of social work from University of South Florida and continued her education at University of Tampa, graduating with a master of science in nursing. Susan has worked in family practice at several facilities in Tampa, including centers for migrant and homeless health care.

Dr. Chain is a board-certified family medicine physician. After graduating from Laurentian University in Ontario, Canada, Dr. Chain attended medical school at St. Matthew's University in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. He completed both family medicine and primary care sports medicine residency programs at the University of Connecticut/Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, where he served as chief resident.

Dr. Chain is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), American Medical Society for Sports Medicine (AMSSM) and Connecticut Academy of Family Physicians (CAFP). Previously, he volunteered as a member of the medical professional team for the Boston Marathon and as an assistant coach for the North Bay Down Syndrome Society Special Olympic athletes. Dr. Chain is fluent in both English and French.

Dr. Chain treats patients of all ages.
Dr. Chain is recognized by the NCQA Diabetes Recognition Program.

Dr. McCormick joined the USF faculty in 2008 after six years in private practice. In addition to being a medical doctor, Dr. McCormick is a registered pharmacist, having majored in pharmacy as an undergraduate student where he graduated at the top of his class. Subsequently, he completed an internship and residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at USF, including a year as chief resident. Dr. McCormick is a fellow with the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP) and with the American College of Physicians (FACP).

Dr. McCormick has received several awards for his teaching and clinical skills. He is currently the Associate Program Director of the Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Training Program at USF, where he is actively engaged in training residents and medical students.
