Melanie Kittrell, MSN, CNM is a certified nurse-midwife with a background in nursing education, labor and delivery, and comprehensive women's healthcare. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nurse-Midwifery from East Carolina University in 2018, following a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the same institution and an associate degree in Nursing from South Piedmont Community College. With a wealth of experience in maternal and newborn care, Melanie has worked in labor and delivery settings, managing both high-risk and low-risk obstetric patients, assisting in cesarean deliveries, and providing postpartum and newborn couplet care. In addition to her clinical expertise, she has a passion for patient education, having provided prenatal counseling, well- woman exams, and contraceptive management, including the placement of IUDs and Nexplanon®. Melanie is also an experienced nursing educator, teaching medical-surgical and maternal health nursing at the undergraduate level. She has developed course materials, collaborated with faculty on curriculum revisions, and mentored nursing students. Committed to advancing midwifery and women's health, Melanie attends professional conferences to continue growing her knowledge in the field of women's health. She is passionate about serving her local community and enjoys precepting future healthcare providers. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family, camping, and crocheting.

Candace Holstein is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clemson University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 2019. With over twenty years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery as well as Same Day Surgery, she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her practice. A native of Orangeburg, she enjoys living there with her husband and two children. She is dedicated to caring for her community and is passionate about fostering strong patient-provider relationships. Candace believes in working collaboratively to improve health outcomes for all.

Jeevan Paul is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in cardiology and acute care. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. His clinical expertise includes performing detailed patient evaluations, managing diagnostic testing, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. He is also engaged in quality improvement initiatives and supports accreditation and compliance efforts. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Jeevan worked as a registered nurse, where he gained extensive experience in acute care and patient safety. He is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and maintains certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). With a commitment to evidence-based practice, patient advocacy, and continuous professional growth, Jeevan strives to deliver compassionate, comprehensive care that supports both patients and their families.
