Edlyn Brown, APRN

She couldn't answer any questions and didnt talk to be about any possibilities or even what she was prescribing me. She didn't even know the dose of medication her practice prescribed me or the condition they diagnosed me with. She was ill prepared and had no empathy. I expect at least empathy if you can't answer medical questions because you don't "know" me. I didn't ask to be scheduled with someone who wouldn't and only sought care and insight nut I could barely communicate the reason for my visit before she tried bolting out the room or being short with me.

I have been with my provider for several years and have recommended others to her.

Once I was called into the waiting room prior to surgery all personnel were extremely professional, explaining the procedure and any concerns that I might have. Very pleased with staff

There was not much the NP could do until labs were complete. The only concentration was on my BP, and she seemed to be in a hurry.

Had me do urine test then said you have blood in your urine which is not an indication of a uti which is what I told her I suspected. Didn't explain anything. Acted bothered by my questions and concerns. Did not make me feel good at all about any of my concerns. Worst doctor experience I've ever had.

I feel that Edllyn Brown is a very skilled nurse practitioner who takes the time needed to listen to my health concerns and prescribes a course of action. Edllyn has caught things that others medical practitioners including MD's did not which could have caused grave consequences if left untreated. I feel confident with her care though I have never seen the MD who she works under. Thus, a nurse practitioner has been functioning as my primary care provider for several years.

I have been seeing Edlyn for almost 2 years. She has really helped me a lot with my health condition. She is always very kind very caring and concerned and does listen to me. I was a very sick person when I come to her, and she's helped me get through the rest of my time and pushing me forward now as I had to change doctors per my insurance. I like Edlyn she should be a doctor anyway she acts like one. She reminds me of the doctors from years back because a lot of doctors nowadays they don't have time to sit and listen they have too many and not enough help and I understand that so for that I'm even more grateful. I have already recommended her and will continue to do so. As long as my insurance is accepted there I will continue to go there. Or wherever she goes I will as long as it's not too far from where I live.
