The doctor and nurse were incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. This was a doctor who saw me on an emergency visit, but made me wonder if I should switch to her as my primary care doctor. She is wonderful.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. I felt like my pain and concerns were dismissed. I explained my symptoms and how I was struggling both physically and mentally, but the doctor seemed more focused on who lives in my household than addressing the reason for my visit. When I asked about my paperwork, she began putting on hand sanitizer and said that since this was my first visit, she would need to see me more times before reviewing any forms. As I tried to ask about next steps, she walked out of the room and never returned. The nurse, however, came back and provided me with a note I needed for the day, which I appreciated.

The doctor provided excellent service. She was very thorough iwith the examination, answered all of my questions, and I had many. She went over all my medications and complete medical history. She was very patient with my many questions and very pleasant. She made recommendations and gave me referrals. She was one of the best that I have ever encountered. Thank you Dr Garcia Arguello!

I don't know why they tried to tell me Dr Garcia would be a good fit for me... she is not. She didn't want to listen to me and she didn't get the details of my prescription right... my first experience woth her and she made a hige mistake! I don't want to see her afain, and now this is goong to be a giant pain in my ___ trying to find a doctor that is a good fit for me.

This is a problem oriented appointment, the provider addressed the concern adequately.

She is a WONDERFUL physician and a great replacement for unreplaceable Dr. Shawn Wallace.

Did not seem engaged. Did not address most of my concerns. Referral entered was generic and did not reflect the complexity or the acuity of my symptoms and condition. It was clear she had not reviewed my records at all before the visit (my old records are linked). May be an ok provider for chronic/stable patients with basic conditions, but seemed to have limited analytical abilities for managing complex patients. Then again, I only met her once and anyone can have an off day.

This is a new doctor. Dr Garcia is very young and seems inexperienced. We are an older couple and could barely hear her talk.
