Jessica asked me lots of questions. The first visit I could get in to see someone when I called on 3/9, to see a doctor had to wait til 3/12, so I ask for the video visit that worked out perfect, Dr Ospena diagnosed me called in a prescription and had the antibiotics that afternoon

The doctor was excellent. I had already gone to a clinic, where they provided me with medicine. The medicine did not do the job all that well. It caused me to feel worse. When I came and saw the doctor at your practice, she was very concerned And asked me really good questions. She provided me with the correct medicine and I was feeling much better within two days.

The NP I saw this past visit , didn't even look at my paperwork where I listed my issues and depression, and I feel I need help and would like help. I didn't get to discuss anything. She was in the room two seconds and I didn't even know she was the NP, I thought she was a medical assistant, she came in and didn't say a word or introduce herself, typed on the computer, looked at her phone, said she ordered meds and left. That's it.

The ARNP was look like in a hurry. She didn't ask me if I have any questions or concerns about my health. My Lab was abnormal, and she said all the looks okay. I recently went to the ER With the kidney stone issues and she didn't know anything about my history, or she didn't go through my chart at all. She finished my whole physical within five minutes. I feel like I wasted my time to go for a physical.

Jessica is very easy to talk to.

This NP is awful I came for an annual physical and all she did was listened to my lungs and went over my medications also told me since I had a total hysterectomy that I did not need a Pap smear nothing to swab. Really and she is seeing patients I will not be returning to this office.
